I've read about your cable and the Techstream software and while it does allow for reflashing of Toyota ECUs, you unfortunately need to be a dealer or shop to subscribe to get the updated ROMs. I've done my research on tuning Toyotas and before buying was fully aware that tuning the stock ECU hadn't been accomplished or at least wasn't available to regular Joe six pack.
